SANE sells a small permanent clothing collection instead of seasonal releases. The brand needed a store that shows the collection, takes orders, and lets a customer follow the order after purchase.

The challenge

The design is dark only, and it must hold the restrained look of the brand. The platform also had to carry a full commerce database from the first day, not a catalogue that is replaced later.

What I built

  • I built the storefront, the catalogue, and the lookbook in the Next.js App Router
  • I put the product and order data in PostgreSQL through Prisma, so the schema is ready for commerce
  • I added an administration dashboard with charts for the orders
  • I added a QR check-in page, so a code identifies a customer at an event
  • I connected Clerk for accounts, Resend for email, and Sentry for error reports

Essien, Amos & Sampson is a firm of legal practitioners and notaries public in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, in practice since 2002. The firm needed a site that states its nine practice areas and lets a client book a consultation.

The challenge

A professional firm must look reliable to businesses, banks, and public bodies. The site therefore stays quiet and formal, and it must load quickly for readers on a mobile telephone.

What I built

  • I made separate pages for the firm, the practice areas, the people, and the insights
  • I put a consultation booking action on each page, so a client can start at any point
  • I added a light and dark theme, which the reader controls
  • I added a sitemap and robots file, so search engines index the practice areas correctly
